You can request via email or post, for a replacement or refund if the problem with a product if faulty.
Replaced products must be of an identical type to the product originally supplied provided that the product originally purchased is the same or lesser value.
Refunds should be the same amount you have already paid, provided that returns are given in the same form as your original payment.
Consumers must notify us within 7 days of purchase, via written response email or post. If the 7 days has lapsed, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund. Consumers are responsible for the costs in returning the products to the manufacturers, within 14 days of written notice via email or post.
Regular priced items may be replaced or refunded, if deemed valid. Promotional sale products cannot be considered for a return or replacement, unless faulty.
Refunds will not be granted in “change of mind” cases. The product must be deemed to be faulty.
Unless faulty in accordance with the manufacturers, Sundance The Designer Fake Tanning products are deemed replacement products. Sundance The Designer Tan non fake tanning products can be replaced or refunded granted the products purchased are:
All returns will be considered. If approved, a return will be processed to the original consumer within 40 days of original notification.
Refunds will be considered and, in some cases, partial refunds may be processed. If approved, a refund will be processed and automatically credited into the original consumers account within 40 days of original notification.
Receipt of purchased items must be submitted to Sundance Collections PTY LTD for considerations of returns & refunds.
